Union Copilot is operated by BridgeAI Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Delaware. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Union Copilot mobile application ("the App").

By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Age Requirement

The App is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will promptly delete that information.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Union Copilot, we collect the following information:

Account Information

• Email address and password (used for authentication)

Profile Information

• Name, job classification, building/facility, and center code (SLIC)

App Usage Data

• AI chat messages (your questions and the AI's responses)
• Daily log entries (workplace incident reports you submit)
• Hours log entries (work hours and overtime you record)
• Feedback submissions (ratings and comments you provide)
• Usage analytics (questions asked, contract articles referenced, and whether an escalation was suggested)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App's features, including AI-powered contract assistance
• Personalize AI responses based on your job classification and facility
• Store your chat history so you can continue previous conversations
• Maintain your daily logs, hours records, and feedback
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App's AI responses and features
• Identify common workplace topics and questions to better serve members

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase — Provides our database, user authentication, and server functions. Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with the following protections:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• User authentication is managed through secure token-based sessions
• Database access is controlled by row-level security policies, ensuring users can only access their own data
• Your password is never stored in plain text

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information, including your profile, chat history, daily logs, hours records, and feedback.

We may retain de-identified, aggregated data (such as general usage statistics and topic trends) that cannot be used to identify you. This data helps us improve the App's AI capabilities and overall service quality.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — View the personal information stored in your account through the App
• Delete your account — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us
• Correct your information — Update your profile details within the App

8. No Tracking or Advertising

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not serve ads within the App. The only usage data we collect is described in Section 2 above and is used solely to improve the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
