Welcome to Union Copilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Union Copilot mobile application ("the App"), operated by BridgeAI Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Delaware.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. The App includes an AI-powered assistant that provides information based on contract documents. This AI assistant is a tool to help you understand your contract — it is not a substitute for legal advice, official union representation, or guidance from a shop steward or union official.
AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information. You should always verify important information with your union representative, steward, or legal counsel before taking action based on AI responses. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You agree to use the App in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of BridgeAI Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
Contract documents displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners. The App provides access to these documents for informational purposes only.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Data you enter into the App (such as daily logs and hours records) belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to provide the App's services.
We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or changes to the App's functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeAI Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from AI-generated responses, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on information provided through the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at support@bridgeaigroup.net. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
