Bridge AI Group provides AI consulting services, AI product implementation, and proprietary software products including Union Copilot. Our services are described on our website and in any separate service agreements or statements of work we enter into with clients.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use our services to violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Transmit or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our products without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any of our products
- Use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their proper functioning
4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All content, features, and functionality of our website and products, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and code, are owned by Bridge AI Group LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding our products or services may be used by us without any obligation to you.
6. Client Engagements and Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by the specific terms outlined in any statement of work, proposal, or service agreement executed between Bridge AI Group and the client. In the absence of a separate written agreement, these Terms apply. Deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and scope of work are defined in those engagement-specific documents.
Bridge AI Group retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during engagements unless explicitly transferred in writing.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for consulting services and product subscriptions are outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the applicable agreement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge AI Group disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge AI Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
